Covid-19 Update

With the rapidly changing condition due to Covid-19 and for the safety of our customers and employees we havetemporarily closed our showroom to walk-ins.

We continue to serve our customers and community by accepting orders through our website.

With Ramadhan fast approaching, we are experiencing an increase in orders which may result in some delays. Currently, we are experiencing 1-2 days in processing orders.

Given the changing pandemic conditions there may be some delays in receiving your order. Our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS and FexEx) are all reporting minor delays in delivering to some areas.

However, rest assured we are working around the clock to fulfill all orders. We are committed to serving all our customers and truly appreciate your patience and support during this time. May Allah have mercy on all of us and protect and guide humanity.

 

Why is my shipment delayed?

We appreciate your patience with shipping delays. Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer for your order to arrive. Check your email for all order status updates. We'll send you an email once items are shipped from our warehouse. 

 

Where's my order? I don't have a tracking number yet?

Tracking number notifications are delayed until your order is shipped from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
